SIDE NOTE:
Founded in 1927, Hastings Museum is the largest municipal museum between Chicago and Denver. They feature a Theatre with a 65-foot wide screen, full domed Planetarium, and dozens of animal species set in their natural habitats, allowing you to get an up close look at many amazing creatures!
Confused between Ursa Major and Aquarius? Or Taurus and Orion? Not sure if that bright light in the evening sky is Mercury or Venus? Come see what’s showing at the Planetarium and experience the universe and discover answers to all these questions and more.
PARKING: Free, convenient parking is available in the parking lots directly south and east of the Museum.
