SIDE NOTE:
The Whitworth Ferguson Planetarium’s state-of-the-art software and projection systems present opportunities for visualizations of the night sky and far beyond. Their visitors will be exposed to topics in the sciences, dance, theater, art, music, technology, communication, history, and more in a 360-degree, visually immersive experience.
The Planetarium provides students and visitors with views of stars, constellations, nebulae, galaxies, planets, and much more. It seats up to 48 visitors under its 35-foot diameter dome, and includes several projection, lighting, and audio systems.
Parking: For public programs, park in Lot I-37 next to the Science and Mathematics Complex.
