SIDE NOTE:
The Casper Planetarium hosts a 30-foot diameter dome. With comfortable, reclined seating, and room enough to accommodate most groups. Their images are shown through a Digitalis BarcoF90-4K13 DLP projector. With 360-degree fully animated graphics presented in high definition, you’ll experience an immersive visit to fabulous worlds, from planet Earth to distance parts of the universe.
In addition to their dome shows, they have a lobby of science-themed exhibits and interactive displays, a gift shop with items for kids and adults, and they offer a series of Summer Astronomy Camps (day camps) for kids from 4 years old up through teens.
